How we work
A clear process. No guesswork about what comes next.
Step 01 · Free
Discovery call
A conversation about your business, your customers and the result you need. We ask where things break down today and what success would look like. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
You get an honest read
Step 02 · In writing
Proposal & scope
A written proposal with a fixed scope, fixed price, timeline and the number of revision rounds included. Nothing starts until you approve it.
You get a fixed price
Step 03 · You approve
Design
We design in Figma, so you see how the finished product will look and work, and approve it before development begins. For automation projects, this is a workflow map.
You get the result, before the build
Step 04 · Checked throughout
Build with quality checkpoints
We build to the approved design and scope. Reviews happen at defined checkpoints, with a structured audit and a prioritised issue list, so problems are caught early.
You get a working product
Step 05 · Your say
Your review
You review the working product and request changes within the agreed revision rounds.
You get the final say
Step 06 · In your hands
Launch & handoff
We launch and hand over the documentation, and training where needed, so your team can manage what we built.
You get the keys
Step 07 · Optional
Ongoing care
Care plans and retainers cover updates, monitoring, maintenance and continued improvement for websites, apps, automations and SEO.
You get a team on call
01 — Our commitments
What you can hold us to.
Five commitments that apply to every project, whatever its size. They’re written into how we work, not just into this page.
02 — Quality, built in
Checked at every stage. Not just at the end.
Issues are logged, prioritised and fixed before you’re asked to review, so your review time goes on decisions, not bug-spotting.
